I bought a handy travel guitar from Mr. Rex Blattenberger few years ago. If You visit: http://weneedthemoneyguitars.com/ and scroll down the side a bit You'll see pictures and some info of the instrument. Although I never get enough time to practice it's nice to have this one ready for use. It also ...

Larry, - hope it's okay I add my last Twin-Picking experience to Your thread ? Last saturday I was playing at a Country festival here in Norway, and the main attraction that evening was Brian Sklar and his Tex Pistols. Without forgetting the splendid fiddle show I would like to tell You about Billy ...

I'm also left handed but play a "normal" PSG. I've often wondered what advantages the two alternatives gives (lefty playing left, or lefty playing "right"), but at the end it seems as the most important issue is how much I practice ... - and that's never enough... ha ha. ;-) Abou...

It's a pleasure for me to add-on to this list. I have many pedal steel players as favourites and they're all willing to share their ideas and thoughts. But when it comes to teaching this instrument as a skill, nothing compares to what Jeff Newman does. In January 2000 I got the opportunity to visit ...

I just wondered if there is available any table or list, - telling which frequensies each instrument is most likely to appear within ?? As for the "most used" instruments in country music, - drums, bass, ac. guitars, el. guitars, fiddle, banjo, dobro, pedal steel, ... ? If there's availabl...

A good tip, - thank You Bill. The studio is equipped with a fully loaded ProTools, and the recording engineer knows how to use it, - and we try to "clean up" every track while recording, - after cross fading the different takes and so on. But still, - we've often found "strange" ...
