I know about the 8th position Em and AB at the 10th...didn't know about the strings 765 though....Thanks!

I want to go from G to Em....and I want to go from AB to BC....no other way. So, I guess I HAVE to include a quick D chord between the G and Em.

G to Em in 10th position question....

is there some kind of magical move to do this! Do you take your foot off the pedals and include the D chord in the move? That is the only thing to do....right? I know it seems like a silly question...but...I have to HEAR it from you guys. Fire at will. "Dave....you silly *^%*^%" Dave

sorta on topic...maybe a bit off. What is everyone using for delay and reverb these days? I'm debating whether to buy a Line6 product or buy seperate guitar pedals. Your opinions and knowledge please. Thanks.

I'm not a "lead player"....I'm just a guitarist who plays music....that distinction drives me a little whackey. Absolutely still play 6 string....but I'm adding pedal steel...I'm hooked on it.

No problem. I'm at the steel just over a year now so I by no means whip through these things but, I think they are different in that they are single note runs...not what we normally see in steel tab. I'm just taking my time trying to play them clean...the speed will come. Also, I found a post by Pau...

These are licks that I originally wrote out for myself years ago trying to incorporate some Tele techiques...this is the first one I've transfered to the steel to help move myself along....it's moving me along! I'm making myself more aware of what the actual notes are and what the pedals and levers ...
