Wayne is on Wilkes Ave now - I don;t have his new address handy, but his son took over the old homestead so mail still gets to him. My Uncle used to live accross the road from him. I never knew of Wayne until I went to buy a steel from him ... turns out both sides of ancestors knew the Links (expeci...

I've the session 400 (old) and a webb (old but new to me). Both wiegh as much as the MSA - or seem to.

Another decent amp for steel is the old fender twin reverb.

Ive also tried Yamaha (cant remember the model) with good results, and a lighter amp too.

I use a creative labs "web go" It is a web cam, but unplug the usb and its a 600x400 digital camera with mempry for 96 pics. Quality isnt the best, no flash, but it works good for posting pics on the web. I've used Chinon and some other brands and determined its best to stick with a brand ...

Sure, laugh and joke about it. When the toilet wont flush, your car wont start, your dog wont bark, and your toothbrush breaks - you'll be the first with your back against the wall when Y2K comes. Simple sliderules will sieze, chopsticks will snap, and push-pulls will lose tone. Paper will tear, wre...

I thought the world went mad when I saw a fender 400 starting at 1495. Just as I was paying 200 for the same. Ok, it has pedals, but the point is on ebay, you better know your prices.

Some of the older tab used to indicate which finger or thumb to use - perhaps you could add this?

Also, do you block this lick with your palm, or your pick?

(Thanks for the post, humor is a great gift!)
